This app is exclusively designed for individuals who have been issued an American Express Go™ Virtual Card.

American Express Go™ offers a convenient solution for making on-the-go business purchases without the need to borrow your employer's card or use your own funds and await reimbursement. By downloading the Amex Go app, you can easily obtain a Virtual Card provided by your employer, which can be used for all business-related expenses that should be paid from your company's corporate account.

With the app, you can:

• Add your Virtual Card to your mobile wallet for in-person purchases
• Enter the card details online, over the phone, or within compatible apps such as food delivery or ride-hailing services
• Maintain a track of transaction details and monitor your card balance effortlessly
• Activate your physical card if it has been issued to you

To utilize the American Express Go™ Virtual Card, you can make payments for business expenses anywhere American Express® Cards are accepted, following the authorized amount and compliance with your company's expense policies. Transactions outside the specified timeframe or exceeding the available balance will be declined. You may contact your Program Administrator for further details regarding your business expense policies.

To acquire specific card details required for online or in-app purchases, you can access the "Card Info" tab, which provides information such as the Billing Zip Code, Expiration Date, and Security Code.

To initiate the usage of the app, kindly follow these steps:

1. Upon receiving an invitation from your Program Administrator to join American Express Go™, expect to receive two emails in your inbox. The first email consists of a warm welcome and instructions on how to proceed with downloading the app. The second email contains your unique enrollment code required for registration.

Please note that in order to register and effectively use the American Express Go app, your company must be a customer of American Express Go and must have issued you a Virtual Card. If your company is not currently an American Express Go customer, we kindly request you to communicate with your company's travel manager to establish contact with their designated American Express Account Manager.
